SF's Schedule of Events -- Mar 15th

 

Here's the rough format that we're looking at for the San Francisco meeting. Suggestions welcome on adding or deleting items -- feel free add comments to the page! I've tried to book in enough time for folks to break and talk about things on their own, as well as check your email to put out any fires that might have broken out in your absence, but we can consolidate the agenda if that's preferred.

• 9:00 - 9:45: Introductions round the room.

• 9:45 - 10:30: Why are we here?

• 10:30 - 10:45: Break

• 10:45 - 11:00: Create "The Matrix," an agenda of sessions for the day

• 11:00 - 11:45: Session 1

• 11:45 - 12:30: Session 2

• 12:30 - 2:00: Lunch (provided), and a chance to get any work done that you need to

• 2:00 - 2:45: Prelim reportbacks from morning sessions; adjusting the afternoon sessions if necessary

• 2:45 - 3:30: Session 3

• 3:30 - 3:45: Break

• 4:00 - 4:45: Session 4

• 4:45 - 5:30: Roundup: reportbacks, action items, next steps

• 6:00: Mixer with local SF tech folk, TBD
